FAQ

1.     Can I purchase online?

Yes.  The reloved.com.au website is open 24/7, for your convenience.

 

2.     Is online ordering safe?  

Yes.  Reloved is protected by a 128 bit SSL certificate, which means all of your identifying information is as safe as possible.  Credit Card numbers and your payment information is not stored on our site.  Rest assured your personal details are only used to process your order. 

 

3.     Do I need to open an account?

No.  You may checkout as a guest, or you can choose to register for an account. 

Guest checkout option - means buyers will have to re-enter their details each time they purchase.

Account checkout option - means registered users enjoy benefits.  For instance: stored personal information & shipping addresses, even a wish list - if you prefer.

 

4.     Can I have my order shipped to multiple addresses?

Yes.  Please select this option at checkout.  You must have an account for this option (and you can register at the checkout process).  Shipping costs will apply for each unique address.

 

5.     What are your shipping costs?

Varied.  Garment shipping up to 5kg (small parcels) are weight determined and calculated at checkout - automatically by a link to Australia Post.  Large items/breakables are shipped by National Courier by pre-determined quote to your unique postcode.

 

6.     How can I pay for my order?

Reloved accepts (Credit Cards via Paypal) Paypal, Bank Deposit, Cheque or Money Order.  Please note that when payment is made by methods other than Credit Card or Paypal your order will be shipped after payment has been confirmed.

If you require urgent delivery, we suggest payment by Credit Card or Paypal.

 

7.     May I add another item to my order?

As long as your order has not been despatched, you are welcome to make alterations to it.  Please email or call us on 0405  226  201 to arrange this.  Adding products to your order after it has been shipped will initiate a new order and subsequent new respective shipping charges.

 

8.     How will I know when my order has been sent?

You will receive an email from us, confirming that your order has been shipped.

 

9.     What if my order doesn't arrive?

We make every effort to ensure the safety of your order.  Unfortunately, deliveries occasionally go astray - and this is out of our control.  Reloved cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.  Please contact us if your despatch does not arrive after 7 business/trading days (ie Monday to Friday).

 

10.     When do you add new stock?

Regularly.  New stock listings are constantly added to all categories.  

  

11.     I purchased the wrong size, can I exchange it?
