Returns & Exchange Policy

Product Colour Portrayal
Every effort is made to portray items accurately. We photograph our products against black or white backgrounds and clearly state item colours in the listing. We advise individual computer screen limitations, may not accurately reflect true colours and can affect the way products appear. Reloved cannot be held responsible for any colour discrepancies by interpretation.
We strive to provide you with an enjoyable shopping experience.
Approximately 95% of reloved stock is secondhand - being recycled, reused and reloved, therefore we do not generally accept returns. We will do our best to disclose all obvious faults (if any) with each listing. If you do happen to discover an omitted flaw (and are unhappy with your purchase) please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Reloved will negotiate return/exchange conditions with buyer.
Upon agreement in returning goods to reloved - please keep appropriate proof of postage otherwise if the return parcel goes missing we will deem that you have not returned the product.
Reloved will exchange (clothing) at our discretion only. Exchanges will incur delivery charges. If an exchange is unable to be made, due to adequate sized stock not being available, Reloved reserves the right to issue purchaser store credit.
Please contact reloved prior to exchange of such items to register your reason for return. The exchange item/s must be returned with tags still attached (if new), unworn and with the original packaging. Don't forget to include your receipt of purchase.
Credit card details must be supplied at the time of exchange to cover any discrepancy in the value of the exchanged items and to pay for the return shipping costs.
Faulty Products
If the product you have purchased is faulty, please contact us. We will be happy to negotiate exchange of your product or store credit. All postage costs for faulty goods will be covered by Reloved.
Damage in Transit
We take great care in packaging your goods safely for shipping and advise buyer of dispatch. Unfortunately, reloved cannot accept responsibility for damage that (may) occur in transit. All complaints are to be forwarded direct to the respective shipping agent - Australia Post or National Courier.
